Stunning and gorgeous location, elegant rooms. Setting near to central railway station, a gallery and the landmarks. Btw, located very close to the center. Nearby Oliwa Pub - best spot for evening drinks. Great staff, always smiling. Rooms with nice furniture.

The room was very nice and spacious, with plenty of room for all our belongings. The bathroom was also great, with small toiletries provided and clean towels. The communication with the owner was excellent, they were very helpful and responsive during our stay. The best part was the location, as it was near the Jewish quarter which made it convenient for exploring. Plus, it was within walking distance to other tourist attractions as well.
Although our stay was overall positive, there were a few things that could have been better. there were ongoing renovations of the tram tracks in the city which caused some inconvenience with parking and public transport.

The location was perfect, situated between the old town and the Jewish quarters, making it easy to explore both areas. The rooms were beautifully presented, spacious, and clean. The bathroom had an amazing shower, which was a lovely touch. The apartments felt really safe, with secure access to the building and individual apartments. The host who gave us the keys was very friendly and accommodating. We even got to stay a couple of extra hours past check-out time because we overslept. The proximity to Wawel Castle was a bonus. Despite a few minor issues such as a noisy tram outside and lack of proper heating in one room, our overall experience was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay in Krakow.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to bus and tram connections. It is situated in a central street, which feels safe and is in the middle of everything. the rooms are spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, with a view of a famous castle. the staff is very accommodating and allowed us to check-in early and store our luggage after check-out. the heating in the room was great, especially during the cold weather.
The TV in our room didn't work during our entire stay.
